Rumduol is a tropical tree & fruit of the genus Sphaerocoryne of the family Annonaceae, native to tropical regions such as Thailand and Cambodia. It is also called by its scientific name, Spherocorine affinis. It is considered the national flower of Cambodia.
The tree is 8-12 m tall, with a diameter of 20-30 cm, and produces yellow-white. It is strongly aromatic flowers in the evenings and nights from December to March. The fruits are edible and used to make lipstick and flavor confections, and the stems are used for building materials.
