Our plants are packaged with care to ensure their safe arrival. We use sturdy corrugated boxes or Wooden Boxes (for orders containing 3-4 plants) to protect the plants and their pots during transit. The plants are securely tied to the boxes to prevent movement during shipping.

We offer delivery service throughout India. Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery service outside of India at this time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code. You can also track your shipment by going to the “My Account” page and clicking on the order number, where you will find a tracking link.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact customer service at +91 9446420051. Although this is a rare occurrence, it can happen during transport due to lack of sunlight and water. To ensure the best outcome, please follow the plant care instructions and observe the plant for 15-20 days to allow it to regain its strength and return to a healthy condition.
