Replacement Policy
Returns will not be accepted under normal circumstances. In the event that a wrong or defective product has been received, please notify us immediately. You can reach out to us via email at enq@ayushkerala.com or by phone at (+91) 944 642 0051 (8:00 AM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Saturday).
To facilitate the replacement process and to help us understand the types of damage caused by our courier vendors, we recommend filming the unboxing of your parcel.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
AyushKerala does not assume responsibility or provide refunds in the following situations:
- Delivery of flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products, and preserved items to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Failed deliveries resulting from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery, refusing delivery, or being unable to be contacted by phone.
- Quality issues with the product caused by improper handling on your end.
Full refunds for cancellations are only allowed if requested 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date. (Cancellations will not be accepted after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse).
Cancellations are not permitted for products ordered for special occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited-time offers and cancellations are not possible.
If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product) we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment.
Online refunds will be credited directly through the same payment method used, within 24 working hours. The refund process may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account after it has been processed by Ayush Kerala.
