Phaleria macrocarpa, commonly known as Mahkota dewa is a medicinal plant that is indigenous to Indonesia and Malaysia. It is a complete tree, including stem, leaves, flowers and fruits. Its height ranges from 1 m to 18 m with 1 m long straight root exuding sap, brownish green bark and white wood. The leaves are green and the flowers make a compound of 2-4, with color from green to maroon.
